Fractional luxury car ownership allows up to 12 members to co-own a luxury car. Ownership is divided into 12 Shares, with each share costing around 10% of the car's total purchase price.
A company is established under the names of the co-owners, with the car registered under it. Our company is then appointed to handle operations, bookings, maintenance, and services for an Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC).
You can purchase between 1 to 6 shares. Each share entitles you to 8.33% equity and 30 days of usage credit per year. If you need more car usage, you can purchase additional shares.
The share price is a one-time payment.
You will co-own Brand New Cars purchased directly from respective Company dealers, allowing you to experience the latest features and cutting-edge technology.
No, the car will not feature any logos, company names, or advertisements from AllNest Luxury.

To be eligible as a co-owner, you must: 

Be a New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident visa holder. 

Be between 25 and 65 years old. 

Hold a full NZ driver’s licence. 

Pass a license demerit/infringement/suspension check, credit check, and criminal background check. Have fewer than 50 current demerit points and no driving-related convictions or disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Each shares provides 30 days of usage credit per year, which cannot be carried forward to the next year.
Bookings are managed through our mobile app. You can book the car for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 14 days at a time.
Check-In Time: 11:00 AM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Members must coordinate delivery to the next user from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. An additional 30 minutes is allocated for inspection and app updates.
If you return the car after 11:00 AM, one day will be deducted from your credits for every 2 hours of delay and credited to the affected member's account. For instance, a 3-hour delay would result in 2 days being deducted from your credits and credited to the affected member.
Our dedicated mobile application handles bookings seamlessly. An advanced algorithm ensures a fair distribution of weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on the number of shares each co-owner holds, ensuring equal access and satisfaction.
Yes, you can sell your share. We can assist with transferring ownership (subject to our company’s terms and approval)
Our company takes care of all maintenance, servicing, and inspections. This is covered by the Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC).
The mobile app includes a feature for reporting damage or cleanliness issues during inspection. Necessary actions will be taken based on the company agreement.
The AMC is a fee charged to each member to cover bookings, maintenance, servicing, tyre replacement and management of the vehicle.
All the cars are covered by comprehensive insurance. While insurance covers most damages, the at-fault driver will be responsible for the excess, deductible, or any uncovered expenses.
We strongly encourage a thorough inspection at the time of handover. Once the handover is completed and confirmed by both parties, we cannot accept any damage claims discovered afterward.
Yes, but you must sell your share to another interested party who meets our eligibility requirements.
Members may have tax obligations related to the resale proceeds or other aspects of ownership. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor for personalized guidance.
The app allows members to: Book the car View their usage credits Report damages or issues Track upcoming and past bookings Access inspection and handover tools And many more
Yes, To ensure the premium condition and long-term value of your luxury car, we have implemented a kilometer cap of 30,000 km per year for the vehicle.
Users are responsible for their own fuel consumption and must return the car with a full tank, as each user receives it fully fuelled.
Traffic fines will be assigned to the co-owner who was driving the car at the time of the violation.
AllNest Luxury will pay a fair use of tolls.
If the car is stolen, it will be covered by the insurance policy.

Yes, the booking amount is refundable.
