Each luxury car is divided into 12 Co-ownership shares.

• 1 Share = 1/12 Ownership & 30 Days of Usage Per Year
• Need more driving days? Purchase additional shares based on your usage needs.

• AllNest Luxury forms a new company For every vehicle and register the brand-new luxury car under it.
• The 12 co-owners legally own the car through this company, ensuring transparent and secure ownership.

Booking

Owners can book the car for minimum of 1 day and maximum up to 14 days at a time based on their requirement using our Mobile App.

Car Delivery

• The current co-owner delivers the car to the next co-owner at 10:30 AM.
• 30 minutes are given for inspection and updating the Mobile App.
• The new co-owner can start their use from 11:00 AM.

Check-out Time: 9:00 AM (Previous co-owner must deliver the car on time) This system ensures a smooth handover and fair usage among all owners.

Fuel

Co-owners are responsible for their own fuel consumption and must deliver the car with a full tank, as each co-owner receives it fully fuelled.

AllNest Luxury takes care of:

• Bookings & Scheduling – You can reserve your driving days easily through AllNest Luxury mobile app.
• Maintenance & Servicing –Regular upkeep, tire replacements, and repairs.
• Insurance & Accidents – If an accident occurs, we facilitate the insurance process, while the responsible driver covers the excess amount.
• Toll Management –Fair Use of tolls. (maximum 60 tolls annually for a car, ie, 5 tolls per co-owner).
• Traffic Fines – Allocation of traffic fines to the appropriate owner.
• Registration & Warrant of Fitness (WOF) – Ensuring compliance and vehicle roadworthiness.

• A car is held for 3 years, ensuring minimal depreciation and maximum resale value.
• After 3 years, the car is sold, and proceeds are distributed among co-owners based on their number of Shares.

Owners contribute an Annual Maintenance Fee, which covers:

• Car Insurance & Registration.
• Booking & Usage Management via Mobile App
• Regular Servicing & Tire Replacement
• Traffic Fine Allocation
• Fair use of Toll (maximum 60 tolls annually for a car)
• Co-ordinate with insurance in the event of Accident Company Management
